This year the sheer participation of Cosplayers at the Manga Planet Cosplay Walk 2019 in Bengaluru was awe inspiring indeed! The project that was conceptualized by the Consulate General of Japan in Bengaluru, Mr. Kitagawa Takayuki saw a glimpse of its potential during its second anniversary on March 24th.
Brands like Japan Airlines, Square Enix, Sony PlayStation, Fantasista and DNP were a part of this project this year in a big way. Each of these brands explored the power of Pop-culture in India through this event. Square Enix promoted few of its popular gaming titles like Mobile Games Mobius Final Fantasy Warriors of Despair, Final Fantasy Brave Exvius & ChocoboRun which are a must-download for the Mobile Game lovers! Apart from them, Japan Airlines looked forward in promoting their special Airline route to Japan directly from Bengaluru. Sony PlayStation provided a gaming experiences to its fans; Fantasista & DNP, the Parent companies of Manga Planet India launched its highly-anticipated Manga Title ‘Agari’ at the event.
Apart from the walk at the St. Mark’s Road in Bengaluru was accompanied by brilliant performances by Daisuke Band on vocals and amazing Cosplay Dance performances by artists Adnaan, Nivedithaa and Duresha with a special networking sessions between the cosplayers and the brands.
