Anime is one of the most popular genres enjoyed by many people of all ages in Japan. Many OTT such as Netflix, Amazon Video, and the local video streaming services distribute various anime content. Today, I am going to share the top 15 anime ranking in Japan of this week. (The data came from viewership on several OTTs between 19th and 25th June.) I hope you’ll find your next anime to watch from this ranking.
Summary of the week
In the overall ranking, “Tokyo Revengers” took the top spot for the third week in a row. In addition, “The Fable,” which had its theatrical version released, moved up to 9th place this week.
Also, “Super Cub” ranked 8th, “Haikyu!” ranked up to 12th, and “Moriarty the Melancholy” came in at 14th. Of these, “Super Cub” had its final episode on June 23rd, and “Moriarty the Melancholy” had also had its closing on June 27th. So, we can assume that some users reviewed the season before it ended.
